Compare the parcel with the order
Confirm the product name, variant, pack count, and net quantity against your order confirmation. Keep the outer parcel until you know the order is complete.
Inspect the pack before opening
Check the seal, seams, closure, label, relevant dates, and visible condition. Do not consume a product that appears opened, contaminated, leaking, unusually damp, or materially damaged.

- Contact support before discarding the pack
Store it according to the label
Move an acceptable pack to the storage conditions printed on its label. If you report a concern, retain the product, packaging, invoice, and clear photographs while support reviews it.
